Our Mission & Purpose
Welcome to MetrolistAPK.cc (metrolistapk.cc). Our mission is to provide Android users and audio enthusiasts with accurate, transparent, and verified information regarding Metrolist, the popular open-source YouTube Music client.
In an internet landscape crowded with misleading download portals that bundle bloatware, push deceptive advertisements, or claim to offer non-existent "Mod APKs," metrolistapk.cc exists to cut through the confusion. We believe users deserve honest technical guidance, clear package verification, and direct links to authentic upstream software.
What We Do
- Version Verification: We regularly monitor the upstream GitHub repository of Metrolist to provide accurate release numbers, package sizes, architecture details, and changelogs.
- Direct Source Routing: Rather than redistributing altered or repackaged APKs on privately owned servers, we provide direct links to the official release binaries compiled and cryptographically signed by the open-source developers.
- Educational Guides: We produce detailed, step-by-step tutorials covering Android sideloading, background audio management, and legitimate desktop emulation workflows.
- Open Source Advocacy: We champion the GNU General Public License (GPL-3.0) and promote transparent community-driven software development.
Independent Status & Transparency
